This is an incredible o pportunity for your child to explore the world of horses. Designed specifi cally for homeschoolers\, this program provides hands-on experiences invol ving multiple aspects of horse care.\nStarting the first week of September .\n\nWe are offering 2 options:\nOption 1: Group sessions that meet weekly on Tuesday 9-11am OR Wednesday 10am-Noon\, this is a 4 week course.\nThis foundational curriculum-based course focuses on safety in the saddle and on the ground. Over four weeks\, students learn about horse behavior\, gro oming\, equine tack\, horse anatomy\, daily care\, and feeding. They also learn foundational riding techniques in a lesson format\, explore farrier care\, ground work\, veterinary care\, pasture management\, equine first a id\, and a wide variety of general equine science.\n- Each session has a m inimum of six students and a maximum of ten students.\n\nOption 2: Homesch ool lesson program: 30-60 minutes\, held as a private or semi-private less on.\nThis program is offered to homeschoolers grades K-12. In the lesson p rogram\, children not only learn the fundamentals of riding but also gain practical knowledge about horse care. They discover how to groom and tack their horses\, bathe them\, provide nutrition and supplements\, and care f or them daily.
